Blade VEC 3G Solid Red LED

I have a ZTE Blade Vec that refuses to power on, it only shows a red LED when connected to the charger or a use as shown here



And when connected to the PC device manager shows this as a Mediatek device



Any ideas how I should progress please?

Hi, I'm looking for a sounds fx or the extracted sound of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain ROM (SONY J1).
I had the Metal Gear Solid 3 sound effects but now I can found the folder.
