Blade VEC 3G Solid Red LED

I have a ZTE Blade Vec that refuses to power on, it only shows a red LED when connected to the charger or a use as shown here



And when connected to the PC device manager shows this as a Mediatek device



Any ideas how I should progress please?

Till long time we need to open a topic to discuss our problems about Turlcell T60 (it is a variant of ZTE Blade S6 but it has only one sim)

How can we find (or can we find) custom rom for this phone? also how can we find Custom Recovery for this phone too... :eek:
