Boot HTC One Max by plugging in charger

Hello, is there a script or a method where I can get my HTC One Max T6 to boot when plugged into the charger? The power connector is broken inside so I have no power or volume button functions. I am running CyanogenMod 12.1 and the phone is rooted, s-off and unlocked.. I know it can be done, because some ROMs I have used in the past caused the phone to boot when the charger is first plugged in. Thanks.

[MOD] [ROOT] [battery saver] LG G4 CPU Hot plugging shell (.sh) script + gov tweaks

I recently bought my LG G4.
After some time i noticed orginal firmware does not use cpu hot plugging, like i have seen in my previous devices (galaxy s3 i9300, galaxy s5 sm-g900f).
More unused cores offline = more saved battery at screen on time.
I dont want to flash custom kernel, also i didnt found any good, so i decided to write a shell script, that can do the same thing.

So, here it is - CPU Hot-plugging shell script for LG G4.

Download:
https://github.com/meneves/lg_g4_cpu_hotplug

Usage:
1) download all files and place it on sdcard (give them +x permission)
2) make sure you use "interactive" governor (default)
3) run terminal emulator, execute "su" and then:
start service by calling ./start.sh
stop service by calling ./stop.sh

Governor tweaks are applied automatically on service start.

Let me know what u think :)
PS. Sorry for my bad english.

When phone is off plugging in charger boots phone instead of charge mode

Phone is running stock kitkat. In the past when I turned off the phone and plugged in the charger a charging icon would appear with the percentage of charge. Now when I plug in the phone it boots to the UI. I preferred the previous behavior. I have not installed any new apps or modified the ROM.

I am thinking this could be solved with a factory reset but I'd like to avoid restoring all my apps and system settings from a Titanium backup.

TIA.
