looking for LG D802 KDZ file for Israel

Experiencing problems flashing a new rom for my LG g2 D802.
After my phone was stuck during instalation of the cloudy g2 2.2 I succeeded to unbrick it and installed an updated lollipop KDZ file I found on the net (using LG flashtool). Although i fitted my phone - the touch screen doesn't work.

Tying to find a KDZ file suitable for Israel OR flashing a new rom, but ....
I cannot enter recovery mode at all. It doesnt work. ( download mode works perfectly).

Any idea how to flash the "cloudy g2 2.2" without entering the recovery mode?

hello guys i will tell you How did I get this situation
i had 4.2.2 982.124.14.xt910.vodafone.en.eu skypder or 4.1.2 982.124.14.xt910.vodafone.en.eu skypder tell me if i am worng
and the phone was so laggy that i said to my self i am going to install slimkat 4.4.4 and i did a root by kingroot and installed safestrap last version i think after i rebooted to the recovery it's said kernal error or not support and i did a backup (nandroid backup) and when i try to flash slimkat 4.4.4 he gave me an error about partition it dident worked so i used my backup
and now the phone not continued after the m logo so what can i do


now i have white led when i am connting my phone to my pc and when i am trying to charge with my wall charge with srock cable it's stuck on m logo and after i am disconnecting the phone from the wall charge it's like shutdown
what can i do can i try to flash another version of 4.1.2?

did my phone is bricked?
