How to enable Qualcomm diagnostic port on Lenovo Qualcomm phones

Hi,

Can any body tell me how I can activate the Qualcomm diagnostic port on Lenovo phones?

I have Lenovo S90 with IMEI zero problem so I would like to fix this via qpst.. So please advise. Thanks
