MHL connectivity

Hi,

Does the Honor 7 have MHL connectivity ? :confused:

Some website are selling generic MHL to HDMI adapter as working on Honor 7 but specs does not mention it.

Have you tries to connect one of this adapter ?

Nexus 5 WiFi connectivity issues

Hi all

Last night, my N5 randomly stopped working with apps like Twitter, Facebook & Kik. After around 6hrs of fiddling to try and fix it, I finally flashed onto the latest stock ROM (I'd been on CM12.1 Snapshot YOGPAO237 when the issue started). This morning, I looked at my phone and the issue hasn't yet resolved itself, but downloading things is fine and I haven't had an issue when using VPN software to access these apps, nor with mobile data. I took a logcat, but as I've no idea what's going on exactly, I need help to solve the issue

Car Connectivity and Default Music Player

Hello

can some one please help me, im not sure this is even doable but basically when i get in my car it automatically connect my nexus 6 to the car to use as a phone and music player.

Car is an Audi a5 if that make any difference.

everything works great with regards to the phone. and no auto start music which some people get but what i am getting is wheni switch to media and start the phone streaming it opens Google Music Player. can i change this on anyway to start Spotify? i know it wont show the different play lists but just want it to start last played play list

HTC M9+ Mac connectivity

Hi , am having issue with connecting to my phone on my mac. I have usb debugging on and when i connect to my mac it does not recognise and neither does Android file Transfer :/.

My phone is Stock and is on version 184.708.9.

Does anyone know a way to fix this?

Bluetooth connectivity issue in BMW

Hi all! My boss has the Edge + (as do I) and is having all sorts of issues with the bluetooth connectivity in his BMW. It keeps dropping in and out. The calls don't drop; the bluetooth drops and then reconnects. He's a business owner and makes tons of calls from his car, so as you can imagine, this is quite frustrating (and embarrassing).

Anyone else having similar issues?????

Unrooting to resolve connectivity issues

Two weeks ago, Sprint had sms issues. Next day they cleared up for my wife, but not for me. Specifically, while she could send and receive sms on her LS990, I could only receive sms on my LS990. Called Sprint and they had me enter the ##72786# into the dialer and power cycle the phone (I think it was the 72786 code). At that point, my phone would not connect to the Sprint LTE network to make calls or access the internet. All apps dependent on an internet connection displayed errors.

Prior to this, I had problems updating the profile and PRL...meaning, I would select each option and nothing would happen. The phone would not display a new screen, no message popped. I concluded that no update happened because the PRL version remained the same.

I rooted long ago using stumpd. I also recall doing something to block the OTA OS update, though don't recall what that was now.

Okay, so the questions:

1) If I do a factory data reset, do you think my sms, internet, and phone connectivity problems will be fixed?
2) If I do a factory data reset, will I brick the phone if I do the reset before unrooting the phone?
3) I've seen a couple of threads about using the lg flashtool to unroot and return to stock and they're intimidating. Do you have any advice or a suggestion on the best resource to unroot the G#?

Whatsapp cellular connectivity issue

Anyone experiencing connectivity issue in Whatsapp while in cellular network? While app is running in foreground, there is no connectivity issue. But when it is in cellular network, incoming messages may or may not come; they will start to come once app is run in the foreground. There is no such issue when phone is connected to wifi. I have made sure background data is not turned off for Whatsapp (for cellular network) nor background data is restricted. There are no issue with viber, facebook messengers. I thought it was because I had my phone rooted. Recently I re-flashed stock and did not root but problem didn't go away.

Tab 4.0 (7inch) t231 Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity issue

Hey guys
i just bought tab 4 t231 , it was working perfectly fine until last friday i came to know that wifi and bluetooth is no more working.
when i try to switch them on it tries but wifi and bluetooth does not get green.
i have already done factory reset both using android system and using key combination as well.
further i have also tried different roms from different regions for this tab but all in vein. i really need your expertise .\

Lenovo p780 wifi connectivity problem

i installed miui v7 5.8.27 ,
wifi connectivity is found poor and even the it shows signal is strong it displays message no internet connectivity switch to other.
help to solve...

HTC One M9 simultaneous GPS and cell connectivity lost and unable to restore

Hello.
I purchased a new HTC One M9 from Telstra (Australia) in July and ever since I got the phone I have been experiencing an intermittent problem where the GPS and the cell connectivity will both shut down and not connect to the cell towers and GPS location. There is an X above the cell signal and the GPS location indicator flashes and shows no connection. This happens every few days of use and the only way to restore connectivity is to restart the phone.

I have the firmware up-to-date OTA and I have even tried a factory reset.

This problem is not isolated to any one app and has occurred when using Sygic navigation as well as Run.GPS fitness tracker.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and can shed any light on how to fix this?

I am suspecting this could be a hardware issue! The issue is that it is an intermittent problem and not instantly reproduceable. The problem just happens and without any warning!

Data connectivity issues

I am experiencing Data connection error (error code MSI 131) after I upgraded to 5.1.1. I get this message only when I have mobile data connected. Factory reset and upgrding prl and profile didn't help either. Any solutions out there?

Help! No Data Connectivity

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900F and it is locked on my old telco now I had my S5 sim unlocked. Everything seems to be working except when I open my data what happened the 4G/H+ logo will appear for about 1-2 seconds and then its gone. I cannot connect. I reset the phone nothing happened. I look at the APN settings its fine. I tried the sim card where it was locked and the data is working fine it doesnt disconnect. Did someone experienced the same problem on their S5 after unlocking? Is there anybody here that can help me? I really/badly needs help.
