N920C duos (N920CD)

I just bought note 5. It is n920c duos. In about phone, model no is showing N920C.But on box, there is a sticker displaying N920CD model. My question is that wether I can flash international N920c (Single Sim) frimwere on it or not? Also what About updates? Will I be Able to get updates as soon as N920c single sim gets?
