Getting error while upgrading motoroal atrix 2 to jelly bean through rsdlite

Hi All

I was updating my motorola atrix 2 to jelly bean through rsd lite but its showing error like """""failed flashing process.1/14 flash cdt.bin "cdt.bin" USB error occured while reading/writing""""""""" and status as failed.
I used the ROM fastboot-p3_edison-edison-user-4.1.2-6.7.2_gc-384-402-release-keys-retail-05_hktwn.tar

Please help i am newbie please explain in detail. :):)
