Charging time very high?

Rom: Clouds 3.5
Kernel: Gabriel
Mods: thermalmod60, aio Build.prop (BuLLet93)

Gsambattery is also installed to watch appsucker.

If I'm charging and using my LG at same time gsam shows at 14% battery that charging will be 8 hours.
Is that normal?

I'm using original LG chargingtool.
