Xperia Acro S sim card (service) no detect / + Fastboot not working ...

I flashed My Xperia Acro s and after i Switched on My Phone Sim Card Is Not Detected by the phone, any Solutions??
When i put my sim card in, Xperia Acro s restart but I get "Emergency Calls Only" or "No service." It wont connect to my SIM CARD NETWORK.
(Sim card and imei have;t problem , working )

+ After flashing my phone is not working in fastboot mode ( Flashmode working) and i haved unlocked bootloader (now Says --> Bootloader unlocked allowed : No ) :/
