XOLO Tab not booting. Stalling at Xolo Logo.

Hi ..

I overloaded with apps in my Xolo Tab 7.

and thus it is NOT getting boot. While I switch on the Tab, the Xolo Logo appearing, but its not booting at all.

If I submit it to service center they will fetch 1000 to format and load software.

Is there any Windows software by which I can reset my Xolo Tab?
