Where to purchase XT1060 that isn't updated to SU6.7-4.4.4?

I'd like to use Sunshine, but the two XT1060 units that I saw from two different eBay sellers were both updated to 4.4.4.
Anybody know of a place to get an bootloader unlockable unit?
