What is the best light Mini ROM?

Hi!

So I'm using the stock 4.4.2 Rom and I'm disappointed with it. It's slow and has a lot of bull**** that I don't want to have. Is there a light and simple rom that I can install on my device that doesn't hog on the battery? I'm asking because I couldn't find any reviews or threads on this topic?
