Sony Z2 D6503 IC power problem

Friends.

My sony Z2 might have a problem on one of the IC power management.

So the problem is, while the phone is completely dead, i plug it to the wall charger and it charges till just 1% and then it stops. Nothing happens.. BUT, I'm able to charge it with through the magnetic port.

The other problem is, i connect it to the computer and literally nothing happens. It's like if the usb port is dead.

I already changed the usb port with a new one. Now I'm thinking about one of the IC power chips.

Now, wich one is responsible for the connection to the computer and the charging process through the usb port?
Qualcomm PM8841. Qualcomm PM 8941.

Or is it another one?
