Small black spot on the upper left corner of my galaxy s6 edge.. What could it be?

Thanks for viewing my post. I dropped my galaxy s6 edge just a week ago then noticed just now that there's a small black spot on the edge of the screen. It kinda bothers me now that i know it. I had a little research and thought it was a dead or stuck or whatever pixel but it probably isnt because of its size. Also downloaded an app to fix it but sadly didnt do anything. Idk what it is but if it involves something like replacing my screen i probably cant afford it. Any other suggestions on how i can fix it?
