I could use some help with QPST or DSF (both are a method to do what I need). I'm trying to get a phone that has an invalid MEID to work again. I own the MEID and can prove it if anyone would like. For some reason writing to the phone DSF just skips over the process and doesn't give any explanation why. I tried the current version and past versions. The phone is in diag mode using the phone num pad method. If anyone could help me get this working I would greatly appreciate it. I would just edit this using QPST but I'm not sure where the MEID is located. I think I might, but it seems to be in a nontraditional hex format as it is longer than 14 characters.
