Preinstalled Trojan help.

So there's a preinstalled malware on a chinese tablet, which installs DU apps (battery saver, etc.). ESET shows thats its the online update, which is a HiddenApp. G trojan (https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/8...32c4/analysis/). So how can i remove it? ESET doesnt want to remove it because its a system app, i contacted ESET via email and they sent me to their forums, no answers yet. I tried a removal tool too but it seems it wont work. How can i remove it? Android 4.4.2 , Smailo Titanius.
BTW: I cant find the file suggested by virustotal.:rolleyes: Any help?
