Possible to make S6 complete stock?

I'm getting my sisters 3 month old S6 this week. I will be using it until the new Nexus 5 comes out. I can't stand touchwiz. Is it possible to wipe the s6 completely and put the 100% stock 5.1.1 OS on it? Or at least get a ROM that is close to stock as possible?
