Please help in modifying Shield TV Audio routing policy priority

I am using a usb wireless remote with shield tv which has mic and audio output option. Whenever I am connecting the wireless dongle to shield, sound output goes to the remote as it has priority over hdmi tv/sound bar setup and I get no sound in my sound bar. This problem is not allowing me to use the wireless remote with shield which is much better than shield controller in operation. Can anybody help me to change the priority of shield audio routing policy.

I tried soundabout app from play store and selected hdmi/optical as media audio, but its not doing anything.
Somebody please help me if you have any solution for this problem.
