P8 Lite ALE-CL00 Network Unlock (SIM)

Hi all :)
A friend bought a pair of these in China. When he tried to insert a sim card a message pops saying "This SIM card does not macth to your phone. Please insert China Telecom 4G SIM"

How can I unlock it?
