Not receiving notifications from apps?

Couldn't find a solution to this issue some other users have been having on their other devices, but I've noticed my phone doesn't receive lots of notifications it should.

Apps like Whatsapp are always received, but for example, I don't receive IG notifications. I've played around in settings, but nothing answers my problem. I'm running the latest stock firmware.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
