Nexus 5 optimising apps every time I switch my phone off or reboot?

Every time I reboot my device it starts the optimising app when the phone is starting up. Has anyone had this happen to them, or no's what's going on please. I'm on 5.1.1 and it boot's fine when it's finished the optimising app thing. Thanks.
