Need Help desperately Uninstalled accidentally a stock launcher please help!!!!

Hi guys i need help on fixing my phone my stock launcher was uninstalled accidentally i try to reformat it and when it comes to the starting screen going to the lock screen it's pitch black how to fix it ?? the good news is that i can access the setting and made it developer and root it but i try to install a temporary launcher but it wont i try to check the setttings and check storage and see that theres nothing inside ? what am i going to do ?? please help me
