Keyboard always defualts to english

i own note 4 910c and after 5.1.1 update - the stock keyboard always turn back to english after
i send a massage, my second language is hebrew.

things that i already tried:
1. clear data on application manager
2. clear cache
3. remove english and then put it back


* on swiftkey it work ok
* with dutch- stock keyboard works fine.

please help cause this issue is driving me nuts.
