[KERNEL] Power over OTG host mod.

I ended up porting a hack created by Ziddey originally for the Nexus 4 which allowed for USB host mode w/ charging for the phone. This was important since the Nexus did not allow for USB OTG since it didn't provide power to the hosted device. However simultaenous charging and host mode is nessicary for extended use of USB devices hosted by the phone. Please check out my mod at the included github link. It contains the modded driver source file and my custom kernel image compiled from Franco's source. The readme has all the details :). Please test and feel free to improve, I'm not a driver developer or engineer.
