Help with allowing uptade/automatically update in my xperia Z3

I have flashed my Xperia kernel once so I could be able to install root acess, but now I dont need it anymore, but this flashed kernel dont allow me to uptade, what can I do? (I already uninstalled all root acess from my xperia)
