Help! Lg g3 beat (d722). Unlock bootloader

I was unable ROM THE CLOUDY G3 INSTALL PROPER TO MY DEVICE AS THE CHARGER IS BLOCKED AND START I was unable to UNLOCK by any method. Someone who is knowledgeable of this terminal PLEASE HELP ME :)
