Email app that one can paste pic/excel table in email body ???

Tab pro 12.2 here, love it but I have not found any mail app!that I can copy & paste pic / excel table in the email body. Inserting the file is ok but my work requires lot of figure, pics or excel table "embedded" in email body as illustrations
When I paste an excel table, it's pasted as plain text.
Is there any wok around for this matter ?
