Deep Sleep can't receive incoming calling/sms

hello dev

i have problem every morning after deep sleep can't receive any incoming call and sms but when i call someone still can and after doing some call to another phone i can receive call and sms, any solution?

HTC Desire 601 UL Kitakt 4.4.2 Kofila kernel and stock rom
