Access Banned Internet Through Xposed

Hii All.. I am currently from Ahmedabad, India. Recently Indian government has banned internet. But some people used internet that time with theirs mobile data (not from Wi-Fi network). How is possible! Maybe with DNS / Change or with XPosed / XPrivacy. Now after two or three days, Indian government decided to ban internet again. Please advice, how can I use internet after government ban. Please I request you. I want to use internet with my mobile data in government banned mode. I hopes you'll advice me. I am waiting of all for your great and helpful advice. Thanks in advance. :)
