Spotify widget lockscreen.

Hi everybody, I have a problem.
I have spotify in my p7- L10 (b621) and when I'm playing music using spotify the lockscreen widget doesn't appear. however when I use the default music player, google play music or even poweramp , their lockscreen widget works correctly.
Is there a solution or an specific setting to show the spotify lockscreen widget?
