Help needed! HTC One (M8) with CM12.1 SNAPSHOT - No 60FPS support

I recently installed the CM12.1 snapshot and so far, everything was fine and dandy until I started shooting a video and noticed that my device no longer supports 60fps shooting or viewing media.
Is there anything I need to install in order to unlock 60FPS or am I better off going back to stock ROM?

Problems Updating latest CM12 snapshot

I am having a problem trying to update to the latest CM12 snapshot release. I am currently running
CM12-20150625-Snapshot-YNG4NAO09M-e980
Kernel Version: 3.4.0-CM+
and CWM version 6.0.4.7

The update notification came through this morning, and I downloaded, then went to install. It goes through the process of reboot to recovery and after a second or two in recovery/update it kicks out the following:
E:unknown volume for path [@/cache/recovery/block.map]
E: Can't mount @/cache/recovery/block.map
Installation aborted

Then all I can do is reboot. If I really have to I will just do a fresh install with the new build I suppose, but I was hoping to see if there were any thoughts about how to get the update to work properly. Maybe place the update on to the SD manually? Thanks for any help.
