128GB reporting as 16GB

I recently purchased a 128GB Samsung Galaxy S6 (SM-G920I) to replace my rapidly dying S4. I used SmartSwitch to transfer most of my information from the S4 to the S6.
First thing I did was flash the official 5.1.1 firmware for it from the SamMobile website. (firmware G920IDVU2COGA_G920IXSA2COGA_XSA as I am in Australia). I then rooted the phone using TWRP 2.8.7.1 "zeroflte" and the "UniKernel 6 for TWRP". It all seemed to go well and I then used Titanium Backup to restore my S4's backup apps and system settings.

But now I have noticed something weird. If I go to "Settings -> Storage", the phone reports its storage as 16.00GB; but if I use my File Manager it reports 114.0GB available. And now Samsung Update tells me there is no more space on my phone (but Google Play quite happily updates *its* apps).

Anyone have any idea why the discrepancy? And how I may fix it?

Thanks.

[Q] Automatic Error Reporting when Connecting Wirelessly

I am having wireless performance issues and certain data not properly loading under partcular conditions like having Wifi and Mobile data turned on
at the same time, since I purchased the device last week Galaxy S6 Edge Plus.

Whenever this is happening, and also during reboot, I see a short message pop-up showing up

-- connecting to server -- sending report.

Whether good or bad, I prefer to turn off all reporting on application and OS at least those I am able to turn off easily on a un-rooted device.
I did this as well for this device, however, the reports continue to be sent at least once a day. Did someone else notice this and perhaps know what it is,
what data is sent and to whom? Or where can I look this up myself?

The pop-up only shows for a few sencond and then disappears without any hint to product or purpose.

My 4th post was about reporting a WLAN bug in the common PACROM 5.1.1 thread

But I'm not allowed to do so, because I need 10 posts to post in any development forum.

I can understand this move, because of spammers and annoying kids. However, I'm a less active person who would only post on real issues. I just registered 1-2 weeks ago, to get help installing Xposed on 5.1.1.

So maybe anybody can help me now:

The main problem is, WLAN starts to sleep when my Galaxy S3 turns into standby. I got the PAC ROM pac_i9300-lp-mr1-Official-20150712. I already checked the advanced options of WLAN, and it says always keep alive.

To any person with authority: I would be glad to get access with just my few posts, so I can directly ask in the correct development forum.

Or is there a better place to get help? I'm barely lurking around, just for issues, until now. Thank you!

Honor x2 reporting emui 2.0

Honor x2 reporting emui 2.0 an incorrect amount of RAM and the wrong resolution on the screen. I have not change the resolution and the build.prop file. And I have not done anything else other than remove the China China apps from the phone and installed official apps. What could cause this? Look at the image below.
