Modified Screen Off Memo by xperiacle from http://forum.xda-developers.com/gala...-memo-t3196790 by all devices (do not forget to tell him thank you ;)).
Try to Note4 (build.prop rule is not necessary ). After setting once you have run the Screen Off Memo

Broken Screen, Stock Memo App unaccessible

Device: XOLO Q1000
Security: Pattern
No Google App, Android Device Manager not showing Lock & Erase
Touch is not working except bottom left and bottom right dot of Pattern Lockscreen.
So, all I want is memos/notes which are stored on my broken device.
That memo app is stock one not the Google Keep, so I obviously can manage my notes only on device.


I can't unlock my device
I can't access it through Android Device Manager
I don't have my memos/notes stored anywhere else.

Is there any hope left? If yes, then please help me...

[APP] Screen Off Memo

It's been a while but here is another app I would like to share with those still using the Note 3 like me while waiting for the Note 6 perhaps.

Screen Off Memo is a feature I like on the Note 5 and so I decided to make one for my Note 3. I have not held a Note 5 yet so I don't know how the screen off memo works except what I saw on video reviews so the app may not be as perfect but it works for what I need it for. Any feedback would be welcome.

Just download below and install. No root required.

Note 5 style Screen off memo

The Galaxy Note 5 has a Screen-Off Memo feature that lets you start putting S-Pen to screen as soon as you eject the stylus.
I have been looking for something similar for the shield tablet. google is not my friend today...
Anyone seen anything for us?

Action Memo - Missing Functionality.

Hey All,

I was hoping someone could answer a question I had? I have S-Note version 5.0.10/221508005. I noticed that my Action Memos no longer have the full functionality of "Link to Action" and "Pin to Home Screen."

Side note: I am running the posted (Bloated) Deodexed ROM with SkyHigh kernel for T-Mo. I am still at work, but am downloading the original Stock tar and will first try pushing the S-Note apk from that to see if the functionality returns. If not, I'll flash back to stock and see if there's a difference. I was just hoping someone had a quick and easy fix.

DNS Problem on MeMo Pad HD (ME173X)

I am having a problem with the networking on my MeMo Pad HD. My wireless connection is working (I can download/upload files on my lan) but I am unable to access the internet as all dns calls fail. I have tried different dns servers, rooting, custom roms, stock roms and lots of playing around with configuration files. I should also note that I am unable to add my google account as I get the dreaded "Can`t establish a reliable connection to the server" error. I have tried all the solutions I could find for this as well (ensure proper date/time, editing hosts file) but I am still unable to access the internet. One last point I should mention is that I had a problem with the touch screen and had to open the case and reseat the connector (not sure if this contributed to the problem but you never know). All other apps (that don't require internet access) work fine and I was even able to install apps manually (which run fine). Any ideas?

Asus Memo Pad 7 ME170C Starting infinite

I was taking root with various apps , then I'm going to take it off and when you restart charge indefinitely . I tried to follow your guide but a last point gives me error , practically when I go on recovery tells me and then update installation error . What should I do ? You can give the right firmware and tell me how to do?
