Can an Unrooted phone be rooted again?

Thinking about buying this phone again after 4 months with the one plus one

Is the gaming still laggy on the device... I had it with 5.1 installed I think and it was laggy when I played games mortal kombat x or modern combat 5... It plays fine on my one plus one but people have been telling at my job that with the recent updates the phone is 10x times better than it was in April... Is this true? And has the enforced encryption finally been removed... Amazon is selling the unlocked 32gb for 350 no contract....

When the phone goes to standby-mode, after about 1 minute in standby mode, the phone switch off of its own, i habe tried all the Rom's, now i have installed Eragon 2.5, and the problem is still there :eek:

Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode Kies & try again

HI all,

I did the stupid thing of installing CWM on my SGII Plus without wiping everything before, so Odin failed the process and now I'm stuck on this screen that says "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode Kies & try again".
The problem is that I can't connect my device to Kies because it stays forever on the "Connection..." phase.
The other problem is that I can enter in download mode on my device, but Odin doesn't see the phone because I haven't its drivers and Kies doesn't download them.

What can I do? I really need help.

Installing stock rom again after unlocking the bootloader for D2202

I have unlocked the bootloader for my Phone D2202 and using costum kernel by Mr Vinay, actually his thread has helped me in unlocking the bootloader of my phone and now I wanna flash the stock rom again which I have got from internet as Commercial Stock rom for D2202. I have uninstalled some system applications to remove the blotware. No, i wanna clean my phone. Can I factory reset the phone after removing the system applications? Or should I have to flash that Commercial stock rom again? If I flash it having a custom Kernel and unlocked bootloader what will be the consequences?

This is my first post in XDA. I think you could see that already. So kindly excuse my mistakes.

Help getting phone to work again!

Guess I'll start at the beginning so nothing gets left out. I was rooted on OC1, downloaded FlashFire to update to OF1 . Flashed it, the phone rebooted and got stuck on the black Samsung Custom screen. I've tried to flash tar files of OC1 and everytime I put it or any kind of tar file in the AP slot of Odin, Odin becomes unresponsive and closes. I tried to load up the SD Card with OC1 and OF1 Roms and tried to flash those to see if that would do anything. The phone always says (in recovery at the bottom of the screen)- Manual mode, applling multi-csc...applied the csc-code-vzw. Then says below that, remove failed file '/system/csc_contents'(read-only file system. At the top it says Android system recovery so I'm assuming that's custom, I know its not Safestrap so I guess its FlashFires recovery? Anyway, when I try to flash a ROM it says,E:footer is wrong E:signature varification fail. I'm at a loss as to how to get the phone back, if its possible. I was always told that if the phone powers up, its recoverable, just not sure how. Any advice would be awesome, I've been messing with this thing since early yesterday and I really need my phone back!
