sgh-s730m on n off loop HELP

can someone help me...
i did a recovery for the samsung sgh-s730m
and now it just turns off...
when i plug it in, its in a loop reboot
cantg enter download mode or safe mode..
please help

my sgh-s730m turns off when i turn it on and when i plug it in, it just keeps rebooting...

i tried a recovery flash and that happened.
any fixes?
