S5 ROM with fingerprint reader?

Is there a ROM with a fingerprint reader?

If not is anyone aware of any in the works?

Fingerprint Reader Issue when Charging

I know that a lot of people have had issues with the finger print scanner and home button, but I didn't see this mentioned anywhere.

When my phone is charging, the fingerprint reader doesn't read my fingerprint properly. It can tell that I have a finger on the scanner, but returns "Try again" and then fails. Is this an issue others are having, or should could it be an issue with the USB-C cable I purchased?

Sim reader broken :eek:

Hello,

I have a problem with "LG G Pro Lite" sim reader. I doesn't read sim, as not inserted.
I have found that there are two contact pins of the reader that are bent, and one of them is broken, so I decided desoldering the reader to put a new one (I have not yet received), but when I unsoldered the reader, one pin is broken in motherboard.

Tomorrow I will upload photo of motherboard. For now I leave a picture of the affected pin, but I need but I need someone to check with a tester if the pin has continuity with some other point of the plate, to repair it.

Tweak to mount as USB Mass storage device / card reader?

Does anyone know any tweaks to mount their LG G4 as a Mass storage device ie turn into usb stick? (not MTP)

I did a xda search tried a motorola hack which unsurprisingly didn't work. Maybe someone smarter than me has already done it THANKS!

case with built-in micro-sd reader?

Given that the Note 5 does not have a built-in microsd slot, i was wondering if there was a case available that hand a built-in micro sd reader that interfaced via the usb-otg.

Possible to Root 5.1.1 with Fingerprint Reader?

I'd prefer to keep Knox untripped, but I can deal with that (I think - hoping Xposed root cloaking will keep any apps that would misbehave at bay). So can one get root on 5.1.1 and have the fingerprint reader work?
