Can anyone port to this device the h2os from oneplus?

Hard switching to Hydrogen OS

Is it possible to hard switch OS as it was on OPO with COLOR OS?
Like you flash the system, userspace and all the stuff through fastboot?
If yes can someone provide the files?

Hydrogen OS in only English

I was wondering if anyone knows of a download for Hydrogen OS that has no Chinese remnants? I want to use hydrogen OS instead of oxygen, but I know several places Skye Chinese. Or is it easy to just disable parts in Chinese?
