Call forwarding enabled by itself

I have the t mobile note 4 that I am using on my ATT account. It is rooted with a custom rom. It has been working great. A little bit ago it made a sound I haven't heard before and on the screen it said call forwarding unconditional now set. So I can't receive any calls on it. I went to the phone settings and when I access the call forwarding screen everything is turned off and it says invalid network or SIM card. I'm pretty sure the SIM card is working because I can send text messages and connect to the LTE network. Any ideas what is going on ore how to fix it?

Port forwarding

Hey guys please help me I am going to holand next week and I am taking my windows 10 tablet I want to play xbox whilst I am there but can't figure out how to do the port forwarding I have a hg635 talktalk router and can not figure out to port forward to my xbox any help would be great cheers

Gear S forwarding calls to a Phone

Hi, I want to know if its possible to forward calls from the Gear S to a phone... I looked over many threads but all of them asking about phone to gear S. I dont have one at the moment but I am thinking of getting one... please if someone knows if this is possible for the ATT or T-mobile Gear. Thanks.

Need to do port forwarding!

I have a laptop and my YU Yureka with internet access.

I need to use internet on my laptop from my phone.

Now, there are a few applications on my laptop that need port forwarding to work.

How can I forward some ports so that my applications work using mobile internet only?

Please do keep in mind that I do not have access to a modem or a router, just my phone.

I dont know why but all my callas are being forwarded to a number which is always switched off. I have a verizon note 2 and this started a week ago when my friend said my phone was switched off but i ignored this. now from three days my parents sisters everyone says my phone is switched off. i checked it by calling from another phone and i saw the message call forwarded. Then again i called and saw the message conditional call forwarding active. i want to disable all this. there is no setting for call forwarding in this phone help me.
