How to flash firmware via flashfire

hi guys.
i want to flash 5.1.1. on my note4 but i dont know the method.

and does this make me lose my data?

can i flash a rom using twrp instead of flashfire? (based on a tutorial posted here)

Hello, i'm new in this forum and i haven't flashed so many roms before.
in this tutorial:

they use flashfire to install lollipop rooted rom into G870A devices.

but i have a problem, i followed the steps to receive flashfire beta on my device but i never got it, i asked in g+ page to someone to share me the apk containing flashfire beta (the version that is required to do this), but he said me i have to change the date of my phone to july 1st because the app does not open at all, and it is true, by changing the date i was able to open the app, but i;m not sure about using it because i thing it is not the right version and i thing i can damage my device.

Can i use twrp instead? or is it safe to use the apk he shared to me?

Flashfire won't run

So I updated my rooted S5 to BOG5 a week ago using the process in the General forum with Flashfire. Now, after the update the phone appears to be working fine but Flashfire will no longer run! I've deleted cache and data for the app, uninstalled the app and tried v.19 and then also v.21 and the same thing happens each time - the Flashfire screen opens and then immediately closes with no messages or errors.

then I read around on the forums here and find a tip to set the date and time to 2013 manually and it runs just fine! this never happened before the update to BOG5... anyone seen this and know why it is suddenly exhibiting this behavior?

Hey Guys, I was wondering if its possible to flash AROMA ROMs with flashfire. I've used flashfire once, I think, but it just came into my mind maybe we could use AROMA installers. Ill see if I'm able to flash an international N3 ROM with AROMA from flashfire in a little bit as I am busy atm.
