I need to get my device replaced. The top half of my touchscreen isn't working so I can't reset with TWRP since it doesn't rotate. Regular factory reset through settings doesn't unroot my phone. What's the easiest way?

Is there ANY ROMs for the T-Mobile D6616 version? Obnoxious hostop tethering issue
Is there ANY customed / modified ROM for the T-Mobile D6616 variant? Or some way to debloat the hell out of the stock ROM? I feel like there's some crap on here that makes it annoying to use, especially hotspot tethering.
I used to have a Z2 international version and it never had any issues with my laptop connecting to the phone's tethering via hotspot. But ever since I got it, it's been a massive prick just going on and off so I'm forced to use USB tethering.
I noticed that every time I turn on hotspot, a quick pop-up comes up stating it need to check my account before leaving. I assume that's the reason why it's so damn iffy and also why I can't remotely turn on tether via my LG G Watch R.
If someone knows how to resolve this, it'll be much appreciated.
