ZTE Z5s mini malware and failed ROM

Hi, somehow i managed to get malware on my z5s mini and it kept turning on 3g and wifi and installing random apps and had adds popping up every few minutes.
So i did a hard reset and soft reset and it was gone for 1hour and then it came back.
I didnt have it in safemode.

Now i tried to install the same rom over using the standard system recovery.
I used this one: needrom.com/download/nubia-z5s-mini-kk/#comments
In the comments they say you dont need cwm or anything so i tried and got these logs:

Since then i cant boot up my phone it goes to the splashscreen and after a while automatically in the system recovery.
Someone said that the recovery wasnt for kitkat and that i need to update it first. But i cant boot it further then the splashscreen or recovery menu, is there something i still can do? or is the phone lost?
