Wifi not working on Alcatel flash plus - no wifi icon + displaying saved/secured AP

Hello,
Suddenly my wifi stop working on my phone, i didn't update it or anything, the phone is not rooted. The Wifi icon is not displaying and i can't connect to any access point that i see when the device is scanning when i connect it says saved/secure and stop there. let me know if you need additional information. thank for you help
