Which Fire phone apps can be safely frozen or removed?

I'm a bit gun shy on freezing Amazon's apps after I just tried freezing the lock screen app in an attempt to replace it with a better lock screen and ended up breaking the home button. I was planning on doing some experimenting in an attempt to improve my battery life and thought maybe it'd be best to ask here before I ended up breaking something else. So, can anyone enlighten me on some Fire apps that can be safely frozen or disabled?
