SW3 randomly has screen lock turned on and I now can't lock it

Hi guys

Got my sw3 today and set it all up and then now it's randomly turned the screen lock on and I can't unlock it!!

Question .... Can I somehow do a factory reset without unlocking it?

Or is there a default screen unlock combo that may work.

Please help!
