Sony media apps not responding

I have a stock rooted Xperia z3 compact, and on the Sony media apps (album, music) every time I open the app, a message saying device or download music info is not responding. What's annoying is that it happens every time I open the app, and pops up 3 or 4 times in a row. I don't know how to fix it and I don't know what's causing the issue. Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)
