Secure Settings doens't work not all!

Hey,

I have a Galaxy S3 GT-I9300 with Clockword Recovery and Cyanogenmod 11.
Xposed Framework is intalled and Secure Settings activated.
In Secure Settings Device admin is enabled and System+ is also enabled.

But no function of it is working. I have no idea what to do.

A complete new installation and new flash of the ROM didn't work.

Any ideas? :\
