S3 i9300 hardware support

Hey there anyone can support me one hardware of s3 my cell is totally blank I tested charging ports through multimeter and it's not showing charging or any response no connect sound when connecting to pc so how can I check fault on any parts or else by my own.
I just want to know that my phones mother board is faulty or software problem.
