Problem flashing custom roms via CWM/TWRP

well , i had CWM 5 and i used to flash a lot of roms through it , someday i flashed a rom and cwm 5 turned to cwm 4
later i found a kitkat rom and i had to fladh cwm 6 for ace to install it , i flashed the recovery then i couldn't flash any rom with it , i flashed twrp recovery and still can't flash roms
i think E: error executing updater binary or something
please help i want to flash a good rom
