I successfully rooted my Kindle Fire HD (Tate, with camera) using the Bin4ry v.30.
Installed driver using this.
Now I'm following the install directions from the CyanogenMod site:

I completed Step 1: I have entered fastboot using a fastboot cable and my PC recognizes the kindle.
I completed Step 2: I downloaded the three image files. Not sure what to do with the md5sum data.
I get stuck on Step 3: When I type in the first command in my terminal "fastboot -i 0x1949 flash bootloader ?fid=24052804347764448" I get: error: cannot load '?fid=24052804347764448'
Can someone please help?
